Using a variety of graphical displays such as spine charts and population pyramids, the tool presents a range of practice-level indicators drawn from the latest available data, including:
- Local demography
- Quality and Outcomes Framework domains
- Cancer Services
- Child health
- Patient satisfaction
Public Health Outcomes Framework
Access the Public Health Outcomes Framework Tool which concentrates on two high-level outcomes to be achieved across the public health system, and groups further indicators into four ‘domains’ that cover the full spectrum of public health. The outcomes reflect a focus not only on how long people live, but on how well they live at all stages of life.
